S&S recently completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for Ducks Unlimited Inc. (DU), a nonprofit 501(c) organization dedicated to the conservation of wetlands and associated upland habitats for waterfowl, other wildlife, and people. The 1,306.49-acre subject property was comprised of five (5) contiguous parcels immediately north of the United States Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). DU acquired the subject property for conservation purposes and the eventual expansion of the NWR.
